Know someone with a Drone?  They can shoot your listing and can save you money.  Largest fine to date by the FAA was $180,000.00 for footage shot with an unlicensed pilot.  The FAA IS CRACKING down and that is one government agency you do not want chasing you.

We are licensed and insured.  Fines can be levied on the person that hires an unlicensed Drone operator.  Ask for proof.

These our our latest editions to our growing fleet of Drones.  We have a DJI Mavic Pro II and a just released Autel Evo Lite +.  Superior optics and amazing images separate these birds from the others.  Both still and video are professional quality and the night imagery on the Evo is beyond belief.

Because we follow the protocols of the FAA there are some properties that are in a restricted no fly zone.  There may be properties that we cannot fly.  We are simply complying with the law -- If we cannot get permission to fly --- Nobody can.

In most instances, the FAA gives us permission to fly 400 ft above a permanent structure.

360 has the skill and knowledge required to provide you with a birds eye view of your cell tower in either 6K video or high resolution imagery

Very large builder has asked 360 to document each floor as it is being poured to make certain that they can easily identify crucial infrastructure.
